What It Is
Natural Gel Filler by Salient Systems is a regenerative, biocompatible injectable treatment made from your own body’s proteins and growth factors. It is designed to provide natural-feeling volume, improve skin quality, and stimulate production of collagen, elastin, and fibrin—all without the use of synthetic dermal fillers.
At ALux Spa, we offer two sizes:

12 mL tubes: ideal for targeting specific areas (e.g. under eyes, nasolabial folds)

22 mL tubes: perfect for full-face rejuvenation, layering, and more global volume enhancement
How It Works & Treatment Plan
A series of 3 treatments, spaced 6 weeks apart, is our recommended protocol for optimal results.
During treatment, Natural Gel is injected into areas with volume loss or skin thinning. It integrates with existing tissue and triggers fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin and also activates fibrin as part of the body’s natural healing cascade.
Over time, this leads to both immediate and progressive effects: subtle volume and skin improvements immediately, and greater firmness, thickness, and glow over several weeks to months.
Why Natural Gel Outperforms PRF
Both Natural Gel and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are autologous treatments, meaning they’re made from your own blood and growth factors, so both are biocompatible and safe. The difference lies in how they behave once injected:

PRF forms a fibrin matrix that slowly releases growth factors. While this improves skin quality, fibrin is something your body is already designed to break down efficiently. As a result, the visible volumizing effects from PRF tend to fade more quickly.

Natural Gel, by contrast, is processed into a thicker, gel-like form that not only contains fibrin but also stimulates collagen and elastin production. Collagen and elastin are much harder for the body to degrade than fibrin, so the results last longer, with more robust volume and structural support.
This means Natural Gel offers the best of both worlds:
